Dr. Folorunso Ladipo who uses the preferred name, Temmy, started her nursing career in Nigeria at the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan Nigeria and completed a Midwifery program at same organization. Dr. Ladipo also completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at Capital University and earned a MSN degree with a concentration in Nursing Administration also from Capital University. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at Chamberlain University. Presently, Dr. Ladipo is the Director of Accelerated Programs Mt Carmel College of Nursing. 

Dr. Ladipo has been a nurse for over 30 years and has practiced the nursing profession in Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and the United States of America. At the Ohio Department of Health (ODH), she was the first Program Consultant for the Welcome Home Program for the Northeast counties in Ohio (23 counties), and later became the Team leader for the monitoring of urban and suburban counties for Ohio’s Help Me Grow program in the state (1998-2008). She was the Magnet Champion on the Behavioral Health Unit at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Dr. Ladipo is a proud graduate of the Ever-Increasing World Training Center Ministerial Training Program, and she is married with children. 

Dr. Ladipo is a member of many professional associations such as the Phi Beta Delta –Honor society for International Scholars, the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Transcultural Nursing, and Sigma Theta Tau International – Phi Pi Chapter. Her community volunteer activities include Ronald McDonald House Columbus Ohio,  Health Screening Coordinator    Columbus Annual Asian Festival, Health Enhancement Team Columbus Christian Center, Coordinator Ohio Mother’s Summit, Peer Evaluator (Clinician) Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), Lutheran Social Services CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence. Her hobbies include Praising and Worshiping The Lord, travelling and fine dining.
